Participation in Brevity LLC

The Brevity™ is a modern and 'State of the Art' design for a 1 to 6 seat boat hulled amphibious aircraft. The design incorporates various practical features, such as cargo, medical and passenger configurations. Due to its unique and innovative character the project is supported by the Dutch Ministry of Economical affairs and various strategic and financial partners. During the spring of 2009 the project will be transformed into The Brevity Seaplane LLC. 

The design of the Brevity™ is an evolution of an existing JAR 23 certified aircraft. The tangible objective is to develop the Brevity-concept into a EASA/FAR-23 certified design as well. Interest from several aviation partners persuade us to explore the Brevity’s potential market.

The Brevity is a unique aircraft incorporating special features such as:

• The first boat hulled amphibian without the disadvantages of high thrust lines, noise levels and safety implementations, associated with these type of aircraft.

• Unique propulsion system powered by an Allison 250_C20R_t or Turbomeca 2K1 gas turbine.

• 'Jet-like' appearance through modern computer-aided design techniques, combined with the latest vacuum infusion production techniques.

• Carbon- Kevlar, and glass fibre composite airframe combined with VFR/IFR (Glass) cockpit and partially hydraulic flight control system.

Participation in 'The Brevity Seaplane LLC'.

1. So as to limit transaction costs, a minimum contribution has been fixed at € 500.000,=
2. A well considered media campaign is part of the entire project.
